Services

Pride Cleaners - Grandview provides professional dry cleaning, laundry, alterations, and related garment care services. We may, at our sole discretion, add, modify, or remove services without prior notice.

Order Processing

When you place an order with Pride Cleaners - Grandview, you will receive an estimated completion date. While we strive to meet all deadlines, completion times are estimates and not guarantees. Factors such as workload, special care requirements, and unforeseen circumstances may affect completion times.

Pricing

Our prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing is available at our locations. Additional charges may apply for specialty items, stain removal, or other special handling requirements. We will inform you of any additional charges before processing your order whenever possible.

Garment Care & Liability

Item Inspection

We inspect all items upon receipt. However, we recommend that you point out any stains, damage, or special concerns when dropping off your garments. Pre-existing conditions may limit our ability to clean or repair items to your satisfaction.

Limited Liability

Pride Cleaners - Grandview's liability for lost or damaged items is limited to ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that item, regardless of the item's actual value. This limitation applies to all services, including cleaning, pressing, alterations, and storage.

We are not responsible for:

Normal wear and tear, Inherent weaknesses in fabrics, Damage revealed during the cleaning process that was not apparent when the item was received, Items left unclaimed for more than ninety (90) days, Cash or valuables left in pockets or garments, Color loss or color bleeding, Damage to beads, sequins, buttons, or decorative trim, Shrinkage of items labeled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only" that were improperly labeled by the manufacturer

Abandoned Property

Items left unclaimed for more than ninety (90) days after the completion date will be considered abandoned and may be donated or disposed of at our discretion.

Payment Terms

Payment is due when services are rendered. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. We may, at our discretion, require a deposit for specialty services or high-value items.

Outstanding Balances

We reserve the right to hold garments until all outstanding balances are paid in full. Accounts with outstanding balances may be subject to collection proceedings.

Communications

Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Pride Cleaners - Grandview regarding your orders and account. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message or by contacting our customer service.

Email Communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receive email communications from us regarding your orders, special promotions, and other relevant business information. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in the email or by contacting our customer service.

Indemnification
